Inspiring Young Minds

Inspiring Minds: Mitsubishi Electric UK’s Educational Outreach

One of the ways we aim to make changes for the better is through our educational outreach programmes.

Educational outreach involves programs and initiatives designed to bring educational opportunities to young people outside traditional classroom settings.  It can take many different forms such as providing structured work experience and mentoring for young people.

This takes many forms at Mitsubishi Electric UK branch including:

Libby
“Mentoring young people inspires me—helping them grow, building their confidence, and celebrating the moments where they realise just how capable they are”

Supporting STEM in schools

We are proud to work with the UK-wide educational charity, Engineering Development Trust (EDT) with their Industrial Cadets programme. Through our People, Mitsubishi Electric is helping to providing mentoring support and other inspiring opportunities for young people aged 14-18 to explore the exciting world of STEM.

The Learning Curve

Work Experience
